Upper age limit(as on 01.09.2013): 45 years
Qualification:
Pass in final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a member of
the said Institute. In addition, candidates with Degree in Law will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a large listed company, preferably a Public
Sector Undertaking.
Application Fees: Candidates need to pay an application fees in the form of Demand Draft drawn on the scheduled bank for r Rs.500/- and Rs. 200/- in the case of SC/
ST /PWD candidates in favor Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore.
